I've been to a couple of "retrospectives" both for Pycon and for some more
"scientific" conferences. It works pretty well, and the discussions
afterwards are often quite interesting. I think it is better to have
someone else do a small talk on someone else's Pycon talk than watch the
videos all together (thought I never tried the latter).
