a) You will need a way to keep people connected and announce events, some

The PSF can cover meetup.com fees, as per

Additionally:

1. The PSF Outreach and Education committee can support outreach
initiatives and intro workshops:

2. The PSF Sprints committee can support sprints and hackathons on

3. Other activities can be supported through the general PSF Grants
program: http://www.python.org/psf/grants/
