[group-organizers] pyvideo.org and groups

[Brian Ray]

Sheila and husband Carl have done a great job providing video support for
ChiPy and many other places for many years.

I am sometimes torn on the concept. Does video recording hurt or help
in-person attendance? Does it scare anyone from talking?
