[group-organizers] PyCon 2018 User Groups Discussion Notes

Thank you to all of those who were able to join us at the Open Space at
PyCon 2018!

We had a great discussion, but an hour is absolutely not enough time to
cover everything.

Here are the notes, I did my best to transcribe and cover what was
discussed, feel free to comment in the doc and I will update/fix:

I would like to add some points to the wiki (

much of what we talked about, does anyone know how to do that? (I have been
unable to login/signup on that site.)
