[group-organizers] Request to make KolPy active again

Hi,

Hope this mail finds you well.

I am a senior year IT undergraduate from NSEC Kolkata, and have been
associated with Google Developers Group Kolkata
<https://gdgkolkata.org/team> as an Event Organizer sine early 2018. I also
lead the Developer Students Club at NSEC <https://dscnsec.com> powered by
Google Developers, which constitutes of thousands of members.

Above all, I am very passionate about Python and believe that the community
would love bonding together over the topic. However, for over the last 2
years I've observed that KolPy Python User Group has not been visibly
active, or maybe I've missed any activity they've performed.

I would like to know if I can help getting the community back up again and
to conduct regular meetups. I am also willing to accept any transfer of
responsibility if required. However, I am much more invested in getting the
community up and my request herein is mostly for that.
