[group-organizers] Greetings

Hi!

I'm looking for how to add new Python Local User Group, which I and my
colleagues just start, to https://wiki.python.org/moin/LocalUserGroups.
I've registered on wiki, but not able to edit page.

And in addition, what will I need to do? We starting with University
students in our town: Surgut, Russia, to involve them in learning Python
language. :)
