[GSoC-general] Reminder: please put your sub-org name in the title of your proposals!

Hi all,

Just a quick reminder: please put the sub-org name at the beginning of 
your proposal.  e.g. "Core Python: Fatoptomizer"

This makes it much easier for mentors to find your proposals.  We're a 
pretty large sub-org and you don't want your proposal to get missed or 
dismissed as spam by accident!
