[GSoC-general] Introduction

Hello everyone!
My name is Mayank Bansal and I am from India.
I am interested in working with the python community as I have a good
knowledge as well as experience of python.However, I am a newbie to the
Open-source development.It will be helpful if someone can guide me on how
to get started with Open-source ,fixing bugs etc. .
