[GSoC-general] Contribution to python organization

Respected Sir,

I am Sanan Ansari from Kalsekar techincal campus. I would like to
contribute to python organization for Gsoc '19. I have good knowledge in
python. Since I am coding from last 1 year. Now I want to learn more about
open source organization and new technologies. Please mentor guide me.
