Hello!

 I've just released KoreanCodecs 2.0.3.

 Significant Changes:

  - Added StreamReader C Implementation for EUC-KR and CP949 Codecs
(this made codecs.open().readlines() max 230x faster than older)

  - Added korean.hangul C Implementation.
(unijohab, johab and qwerty2bul codecs is using this internally ;)

  - Added this methods into korean.hangul utility module:
disjoint(): converts U+AC00 syllables to U+1100 jamo sequences
     conjoin():  reverse of disjoint()
format(): unicode string formatter that fixes korean suffixes
                 after every arguments.

  - Got several compatibilities:
     Python 2.0 : now Python 2.0 compatible
MS Windows : safe installation .pth
Intel C Compiler : fixed to avoid some icc's warnings and
                        implicit errors.

  - Jamo short names of korean.hangul have changed to Unicode 3.2 standard.

  - New setup.py options:
     --without-aliases : disable installing .pth
--without-extension : install pure python libraries only
