Command-H and command-option-H are taken by "hide application" and
"hide others" on OS X, and Alt-/Option- equivalents are taken by
character entry.  How about Alt/Command/Control (depending on
platform)-T?

Or else, there could just be no shortcut for zoom on the Mac.
