Summary: Doesn't work with pythonw.exe

Initial Comment:
When I try to start IDLE using Pythonw.exe, IDLE
doesn't seem to start; no window ever pops up. I think
it's because of the debug messages written to the real
stdout or stderr, but it could be deeper. (I only
tested this on Win98.)
