Summary: Error message in Shell on run

Initial Comment:
Hi, I'm getting the following error message in the
Interactive shell (if one is open) when I run a
module for which an output window does not already
exist. If the output exists then no such error.
This doesn't actually seem to do anything (apart
from echo the error to Shell) so it's no big
problem - just disconcerting for users I guess. I
know no Tk(inter) and limited Python so was unable
to establish the cause of this:

<OutputWindow.OutputWindow instance at 0x85f0e4c>

{<PyShell.PyShellEditorWindow instance at
0x8066964>: None, <PyShell.PyShell instance at

This is on Python 2.2.1c1 in Debian Linux with an
idlefork CVS grabbed 2002-04-11 with Tk and
Tkinter 8.3.

I can reproduce this with 2.2.1 final and latest cvs also
under linux. Confirm it to be non-fatal. Will look into it
when I get a chance.
