Ok I've just found it. It doesn't happen for me on startup (which should
by default open an editor window), but it does when I open a shell
window. Seems that although AutoIndent used to be an "extension" PyShell
has a lot of dirty hard coded stuff relating to it. Grrr. I'll get on to
trying to sort that out as soon as I can.
