I agree with Guido, I'm sorry to see you take this step.

For those who tuned in late, Stephen has been carrying Idledev
singlehanded for over a year and has been responsible for a complete
overhaul of the configuration system.  It is now possible for the user
to set up Idle's appearance and keyboard interface as desired via a
GUI.  He has been tracking and merging the changes to Python Idle into
Idlefork.  Stephen also set up the Sourceforge configuration and
integrated it with Idle-dev.  And he designed and implemented the
project's outstanding web page.

Thanks Stephen, and thank you very much for the extensive hand-over
status report you sent me and also for the suggestions and hints on
how best to use the Sourceforge and python.org interfaces.

As you assume your Idlefork Coordinator Emeritus position, I hope
you'll be able to find time to hang around and keep an eye on us to
make sure we don't go astray and muck up the good work you've done.
