Summary: Print Window in shell

Initial Comment:
In the shell, Print Window brings up a mysterious
dialog box which says "Cannot find the None.txt file.
Do you want to create a new file?" I bemusedly click
Ok, and nothing happens. In contrast, Print Window
works fine in an edit window.

Can be avoided by saving the Shell window
first.  However, this fix will use a temporary
file as the original patch intended.  The 
header on the page may be ugly :-)
