[Idle-dev] New Idle-Dark theme

At the request of Mark Roseman and others, I plan to add a new builtin 
dark theme before the May 3 3.4.4rc release.  The current version is 
attached to
https://bugs.python.org/issue24820
It can be tested by adding the content of idle-dark.cfg to a current 
.idlerc/config-highlight.cfg or by downloading that file as such. I may 
add another version before committing.  If you are interested in this, 
please join the issue and test.
