     Dear Sir,
                Thru' Netsurfing came across your site. I am interested in 
     knowing more about "Python Imaging library'. The compatibiltiy of 
     Python Imaging library with Windows 95(32 bit) is main consideration.I 
     need Imaging library for decoding graphical images that I want to 
     display on CCRT. Send me the details and working conditions of the 
     Library as soon as possible.
