[PYTHON IMAGE-SIG] PIL 0.2b2: Broken Makefile for Visual C++

The Visual C++ project file (_imaging.mak) provided with the original
release of 0.2b2 doesn't work properly from within the Developer's
Studio.

This has now been fixed, and a new distribution kit has just been
uploaded to the usual place.  The correct size of the project file is
36,314 bytes.
