[PYTHON IMAGE-SIG] missing _tkinter.dlll in tkinter8.01a?

i downloaded tk/tkinter 8.01 for windows 95 and tried to install it over
my existing python setup (based on tcl7.6 and tk4.2) but python would
not work with tkinter.  i believe it needs a corresponding tkinter 8.01
version of _tkinter.dll
is this the right place to get it?
