[Image-SIG] win32 build with 1.1.2 - basetsd.h

Hi,

Is there a reason the test for win32 in implatform.h to stop INT32
being #def'd has been removed? (its typdef'd in basetsd.h)

I'm compiling on Win98 and MSVC6 still requires it.
