[Image-SIG] Imaging "make" question

HI,
I have downloaded the Imaging-1.1.2 to my redhat 7.0
box.
After i type "Makefile.pre.in" and then "make" , i get
the error:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ltcl8.o
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [_imaginggtk.so] Error 1

Any clues what i am missing or should add to my redhat
box?.
