[Image-SIG] PGM-ASCII support in the PIL

Hi,

I am trying to give (at least) reading support to the PIL for PGM-ASCII (magic number "P2"). I have
almost found everything I need, but can't find the place, where the File is finally read. Can someone
point me out the position. I am using the version 1.1.3.
