I want to be able to resize JPEG (maybe GIF, also) images that are alread=
y on my XP Home system. (I have some files that are way to small of a re=
solution to use as 'wallpaper' for my desktop).
I am somewhat of a 'newbie', and I'm not sure what I need. Can you help =
