[Image-SIG] PIL utilities

Hi!

I downloaded the PIL library, v1.1.4, for Windows, and I've been playing
with it a few days now. I just have a question about the utilities
mentioned in the user guide (pildriver, pilconvert, etc.). Where are they?
They don't seem to be in the file I downloaded (PIL-1.1.1.win32-py2.2.exe).
Are they only included in the commercial version, or are they only included
in the Unix version?
