[Image-SIG] PIL 1.1.4 or 1.1.3 pre-built for Python 2.2 (Windows)?

Does anyone have pre-built binaries (with JPEG and Tkinter support) for PIL
1.1.4 or 1.1.3 / Python 2.2?  Fred only has 1.1.2 posted for 2.2.  I really
need the dpi tag upgrades included after 1.1.3.
