[Image-SIG] unable to open tiff

[Vein]

I'm trying to open a tiff file.  I'm unsure what the
parameters are for it(compressed,uncompresseed ..etc).
this is the code.

import Image
im = Image.open("test.tiff")

It gives me an IOError unable to open file or
something like that. Any help will be appreciated.
