[Image-SIG] Installing libjpeg

Thanks.  I believe I have Macports installed.  Here's what I get on the 
first command:

Macintosh-2:~ jackuretsky$ sudo port install libjpeg
Password:
sudo: port: command not found

Further suggestions?
