[Image-SIG] PIL 1.1.7 missing from PyPi

Hi, 
	I noticed that version 1.1.7 has disappeared from PyPi
http://pypi.python.org/pypi/PIL/1.1.7

	1.1.6 is still there 
http://pypi.python.org/pypi/PIL/1.1.6

I cannot say for sure it was there, but my Pip script was able to get it before so I am assuming it was.
