[Image-SIG] Some gibberish returned by ExifTags.TAGS

Hi All,

Some of the exif values are coming back as strings like this:

Øx00PØx00rØx00oØx00dØx00uØx00cØx00tØx00iØx00oØx00nØx00sØx00

Any idea what it could be?
