Hm.  The first definition on that page says, "The 
<http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/merge>merging of similar or different 
<http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/element>elements into a 
<http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/union>union"...

So how about "union packages"?  ;-)
