Small/Medium/Large/XL/XXL/XXXL I think should be enough (I've added
the last 2 because people have asked me for them)

Some of the sponsors will ask for specific numbers so we can tweak
what we have. This will give us a measure though. Please add the
fields and let me kow. I'll send out the email.
