[Inpycon] Why isn't pycon india on the main pycon website?

Go ahead and do it. The publicity seems to be okay. We are getting
quite a few registrations. I think Puneeth is mailing a couple of
colleges soon so it should boost up a little. Has anyone mailed the
Bangalore LUG? I'm not on it.

The next things we should focus on are sponsorship and talks. The
former seems to be somewhat clear. We've got to talk a few people this
coming week. The latter is a problem. We need enough talks to fill two
days neatly. I'm not sure how to achieve this but we've got to do it
somehow.
