[Inpycon] PyCon Logo decision

I agree, we should choose on a logo fast and move ahead to discuss other things,

If half as much time goes into organizing as goes into developing and choosing a logo this is going to be one heck of a conference  --SteveHolden

I don't want to keep the polling open till Thursday. It's already been
a week. We've got a decent number of good Logos and can close the poll
tomorrow.

Voting should start *after* the candidates are all in otherwise,
things will get skewed.
