[Inpycon] menus and superfluous details while adding talks

This is odd way of doing things. I can abuse the system, if I want to.
I can suggest a talk and add your name to it with your permission.

Why dont we simplify things a bit.

1) Add talk link.
2) Instead of the selecting the users from the list, just give an
option to add additional username.
