[Inpycon] website features

I just found some time to register at the site.

Clicked Register -> Enter username and email address -> and I get an error page quoted below.

I think it is a good idea to say in.pycon.org/2009 rather than just
in.pycon.org. We can put a redirect on the front page to go to /2009
for this year and 2010 for next year.
