[Inpycon] Expense receipts to be drawn in favor of JANASTU

Hi All,

Thanks for your assistance in looking after the arrangements for PyCon
event.

For all expenses, please make sure you draw the receipt in favor of
"JANASTU".  This will help me and Santosh to work with JANASTU and get funds
released without any hassle.
