We could conduct the conference in one of the colleges reasons:
1.Local LUG could get more student community involved.
2.Good Auditoriums / seminar halls at reasonable rent.
3.May be they would provide us with the college wifi connection.

Possible candidates could be  M.S. Rammaiah IT , CMR IT etc. easily
approachable.
