Those numbers are fine when we pitch. After a while, they'll negotiate
and the actual amount we receive will  be lesser.

Another point is that some companies give the money only after the
conf. I've heard that this is Google's policy. We have to be careful
with this.

Some companies (like one of the sponsors) last year promise the money
after the conf and then never pay up in spite of repeated mails.
