what are the modalities for this. I do not want all and sundry to start
collecting money. I think we should make it clear that only authorised
people can collect the money and we have some way of stating who the
authorised people are. In money matters we have to be cautious. Also if
we collect money, how do we intimate the details? who checks? how do we
pay the money? to whom?
