All those who plan to be at the venue, lets meet up at 5:30 PM.
Some of the key tasks to be completed include:

1. Putting Banners in place
2. Testing A/V to ensure everything is in order in all 4 conf venues.
3. Making map of venues and utility areas ( wash rooms, canteen, coffee ,
lunch locations)
4. Testing wireless and Ineternet access in general
5. Setting up registration desk
6. Putting up signboards to get into to the main conference hall
