[Inpycon] Some thoughts on talks

We can segregate the lightning talks into areas ( web, automation, etc ). so
that like minded folks can gather together at that point of time.

Additionally, this is a thing which I heard and felt a good suggestion. I
unfortunately forgot who provided the wisdom. But it was about putting up
boards around the halls to announce 'what is going on/what will be started
on' in the halls.  This time it was done through twitter, but for folks
without a twitter access the board thing would be really helpful.
