[Inpycon] Broadband considerations (was: PyCon Broadband Suggestion)

Kunal sent an email to the organisers of the recent KDEConf in Bangalore
for which they leased a broadband connection from Tata Indicom. 

It looks a little pricey but apparently, this kind of thing is
possible. 

Anyone palsy with any of the broadband providers in Pune who can take
this up to see if it leads anywhere?
