[Inpycon] Volunteers needed

Hello everyone,

This year's conference is shaping up very well so far. We've good
sponsorships, two key note speakers, very good talks. There is just
about month's time left for the conference and there are lot things
need to be done. We need volunteers to coordinate these efforts.

These include:

* At venue arrangements
* Printing banners
* Purchasing Swag
* Arranging swag bags
* Registration desk
* Video recording
* Session chairs

And I'm sure more will come up on the days of conference.
