I'm not sure how effective this will be given that we have just a month
left but yes, every bit helps. 

On a more general note, there are lots of things which would be nice but
usually it's a matter of coordination and manpower.

If someone is up to making a poster (even a simple one) and then
coordinating sending it out, you don't need to ask for permission.
