[Inpycon] Updates

There are certain websites like http://prlog.org which provide online press
release distribution and press release submission service. We can use
services like these. The services are free of cost and are used by many PR
companies for distribution of press releases (as told by my wife).

Other websites are:-
1. http://openpr.com/
2. http://www.directionsmag.com/
3. http://www.24-7pressrelease.com
4. http://www.i-newswire.com/

We can also use Forums like JavaRanch, etc that attract students,
