[Inpycon] PyCon India 2012 Promotion

Right, but the issue that I faced with IndiaPrwire was that the press
release just talks about the PyCon India 2012 being held in Bangalore, is
about Python and is scheduled in September. They said that a Press Release
should also talk about the event itself as in who all are coming, who are
the keynote speakers, etc.
