[Inpycon] Raise funds to sponsor Python FLOSS projects through PyCon India...

Hello,

Not sure if this is already done...

Can we have a separate bench at the conference which acts as a fund raising
place for specific projects Pythonistas may care for.

IPSS (http://ipss.org.in/) can collect the money and send it over to either
PSF or SFConservancy. This could also be done online from PyCon India
website.

Software Freedom Conservancy can accept donations specific to a project, if
the project is one of its member projects. Some notable projects are
present there:
PyPy, Gevent, Twisted (http://sfconservancy.org/members/current/).

We can also have funds raised to be sent to PSF directly..which can then
channel them to sponsor specific projects. Thats like reverse funding the
PSF from PyCon India. It sure sounds good :))

Keep it up if its already done, Lets start it if its not yet done.
