I've counted carefully again. There were just 5 cancellation requests
last year. I don't think this issue is worth bothering.

If someone cancels a ticket, he'll get refund of amount paid -
doattend transaction charges.

When someone requests for cancellation, we'll just fwd that request to
support at doattend and they'll take care of all the money transfers.
