[Inpycon] Artwork for 2013

This year we've seen that we're lacking good designers in our community.
There has been posts since about couple of months before the event asking
designers to design a logo and that didn't help Everything happened at the
last moment.

As the main concern is the Logo, I'd suggest that we host a logo designing
contest and announce it soon. Maybe the winner can get a free ticket to the
event. That'd be much better compared to finding a single freelancer and
paying him/her to make a logo.
